Can I return/exchange my order?

We want you to love your purchase. If for some reason, you are not happy, you can get in touch with us at support@juniorfolk.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please mention the following details clearly -

  • Reason for return/exchange.
  • Photos of the product with all the labels intact. The product must be unused and unwashed. Without this, it will not be possible to initiate the process.
  • We would request you to courier your order back to our warehouse. Once we receive the package and the exchange is approved, we will send out the replacement at the earliest, without any additional shipping charges.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are not in a position to offer refunds. However, we will give you store credit for the entire amount of the order, not including shipping charges (if any). The refund will be in the form of a discount code that can be applied on the website.
